• What kind of support do you provide?

    In addition to revising your manual when required, you can call or email us at any time with any questions you may have. We don’t charge for consultations.

  • How do I pay an invoice?

    We accept payment by credit card, check, ACH or wire transfer. To process a credit card payment, please visit our online portal to pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. You can find detailed information on paying by check or wire transfer at the bottom of your invoice.

  • You prepared a manual for us. How do I get a PDF copy of it?

    We deliver all manuals via our ARC SMS Document Hosting module. You can download the PDF there or simply view the manual online. Once your manual is complete, we will provide login instructions to access your manual(s). Feel free to contact us at support@aviationmanuals.com for any login issues or questions you may have.

  • I noticed that your manual has a copyright on it. May I email it to one of my pilots?

    Some, but not all, of our manuals are marked with a copyright. As one of our customers, you have our express permission to print, copy, and freely distribute your manual to anybody within your operation, your parent company, or to the necessary government authorities (such as the FAA). The copyright only prohibits you from distributing the manual to any other external groups or agencies.

  • Are there any subscription fees or recurring costs?

    There are no required subscription fees or recurring costs for our manual services. However, we do offer reissue and revision services for several of our manuals. Our ARC SMS software does have an annual subscription fee associated with it, which covers hosting, site maintenance, and customer support.

  • How do I provide AviationManuals with manual revisions?

    When you are ready, simply contact us and we will incorporate your revisions into the manual. We accept revisions via a Word document, PDF file, email, and even by phone in an emergency. Revisions made to the manual at the Operator’s request are charged at an hourly rate.

  • Do you also provide SMS software?

    Absolutely! Our ARC Safety Management System software makes it easy to manage your operational risk, implement change, and distribute documentation, through its modular web based and iPad app platforms. Discover how ARC can make your job easier.

  • What other services do you provide?
